The “SEA” in makeSEA┬ástands for Standards, Exchange, and Attribution.┬áThe site is similar to GitHub but specifically caters to 3D printing. It serves as a comprehensive project management tool where one can store 3D files for any collaborative team at Duke, share useful 3D printing models internally at Duke University between researches in different disciplines and publicize 3D models while being able to keep creator information on the digital files themselves. Furthermore, it offers mashup and attribution tracking, version control, expandable metadata cataloging and public and private project spaces.

If you haven’t yet, be sure to upload all of your designs and creations!
